Hi, I'm Matthew Rankin, the owner and operator of Rankin Power Washing. I built this business from scratch with one goal: treat people right and do the job better than anyone else at a FAIR price. I’ve been proud to serve the Houston area with honest, top quality exterior cleaning... and I’m just getting started.

We’re not a big franchise. We don’t hide behind robots or call centers. When you reach out, you’re talking to me or someone I trust with my name on their shirt. I show up on time, do the job right, and leave things better than I found them. Every time.

We’re also proud to give back to our community by donating a portion of every job to local causes like veteran support groups and house cleaning for widows.

Hi, I’m Jessika Lee, I'm the operations manager and I help run Rankin Power Washing alongside Matthew. For me, this business is about more than just cleaning surfaces — it’s about creating spaces people can feel proud of.

I love seeing the transformation that happens when a driveway, roof, or home exterior is restored, and I enjoy working directly with homeowners to bring their vision to life. Whether it’s pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or designing holiday light displays, I put care and attention into every project as if it were my own home. My goal is simple: to serve our community with honesty, hard work, and results that make people smile.
